Conrad was engaged by a Fund of Funds to market a highly concentrated portfolio
of distressed private equity limited partnerships with $78.3 million in net asset
value. Approximately 55% of the funds’ underlying value was supported by two
private investments.

Following a lengthy process attributable to heavy diligence required on the funds’
two primary holdings, Conrad brought three separate groups to the seller, with two
of the three ultimately splitting the assets at single-digit discount to NAV.

Conrad further helped the parties overcome a 3-week window from PSA to
execution of the assignment agreements to meet the deadline required by the
General Partner for a year-end transfer.

driven by ‘Brexit’, and ultimately found a party willing to meet the seller’s price
requirements.

Following the PSA, Conrad facilitated an extended transfer timeline amidst severe
PTP issues present with the fund.
